Refer you to a reputable lender who can help you assess your financial situation and pre-approve you for a loan before we even start the process!
Help you determine the types of homes and neighborhoods that most fit your needs (and arrange tours to visit these homes!)
Determine the market value of homes you’re interested in and assist you in the writing and negotiating of a mutually-accepted purchase and sale agreement.
Coordinate all necessary steps after mutual acceptance, communicating with you consistently throughout the process to reach closing (assisting with inspection, home owner’s insurance, a home warranty, etc.)
Work with the escrow company to ensure all needed documents are in order and completed in a timely manner.
